Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental, an IHG Hotel

We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room that met all our needs. Our king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable ones during our stay in Portugal. Our room was cleaned after the first night, and we received fresh towels. The staff was friendly and professional and always very helpful. We arrived very late for check-in, and one of the front desk staff members recommended a restaurant around the corner from the hotel that was still open and where we ended up having a very satisfying meal. Also, I asked to have a small ice pack kept in the freezer, and the staff accommodated this request. Since we had to check out very early to catch our return flight, we couldn't go out for breakfast, but the kitchen staff was extremely kind and prepared a light meal for each of us, including sandwiches, apples, and fruit juice. Based on our experience, I couldn't say enough good things about the service at this hotel.

Room - Decently sized room for 3 people. Bed - Typical 4 star hotel bed, not very very comfortable but manageable Breakfast - Typical hotel breakfast, nothing fancy. Restaurant staff was very polite and helping. Service - they gave us room at 10am which i did not expect and they were all smiling. Staff was extremely polite, be at reception or restaurant. Location - Ample bus stops and Metro station nearby. Airport nearby. City center 20 mins far. So Location is fine.

It was close to transportation and in a clean environment. The breakfast selection was diverse and reasonably priced. The staff were also helpful and courteous.

The location of the hotel is really good. There is access to public transportation. The metro, trains & buses is less than 10 minutes walk away. There are taxis outside the hotel. Attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities are near the hotel. The breakfast was good and sufficient. There is a mini gym in the hotel which is adequate for workouts. The staff were polite and helpful especially when we had issues with our key fob. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We had more than enough towels and the bathroom was always clean.

The room was very comfortable, it had enough space and the views from outside was amazing. The staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly as they helped us to navigate to attractions nearby and also helped us with the parking card which we had to pay extra. The hotel really looked like a 5*. There was no issues as I really enjoyed staying for 3 nights, local transport and shops were nearby and also outside the hotel they had escooter stand which was really helpful.
